EXTRA · For experts with an established practice

Your book. The website. The work around it.

You have experience, clients and a way of solving their problems. Explaining it from scratch every time gets old. We turn the material into a book, a website, a useful reader service and content for two social platforms.

EXTRA from $35,000. Advertising, print runs, paid placements and third-party services are separate costs.

One body of work. One team to coordinate it.

The book explains your approach in depth. The website helps the right readers understand it and get in touch. Articles and posts address the questions they have before opening the book. We work from a shared source base rather than asking you to tell the same story to five teams.

You still take part in interviews, check the facts and approve the work. This package is for an author with an established business or practice and something worth passing on. If the only task is cheap social posting, a full book project is rather a long way round.

What you receive

A defined package, with defined edges.

EXTRA · One team

A book with a life beyond its last page

The manuscript comes first. The surrounding tools give its ideas somewhere useful to go.

from $35,000

Fixed fee for the agreed scope, including 6 months of social editorial work after launch.

Plan the scope →

01 · Book

Deliverables: approved manuscript and agreed digital formats. Structure, voice and facts reviewed with you. English audio language, narrator and release channels are confirmed before production.
Separate: print runs and shipping.

02 · Independent articles

Deliverables: finished articles and an editorial plan. Thirty substantial chapters may support 60–120 pieces; we agree count, subjects and language after reviewing the material.
Separate: ad spend and paid placements. Written articles do not guarantee independent media publication.

03 · Book website

Deliverables: agreed pages, book information and a route to contact you. Desktop and mobile checks, agreed analytics and CRM integration, and handover of access.
Separate: domain and third-party subscriptions. Pages and integrations are scoped before development.

04 · Reader PWA

Deliverables: one agreed workflow, such as chapter exercises with saved progress.
Limits: no native iOS or Android apps, marketplace or complex AI platform. Integrations, support and third-party charges are agreed before development.

05 · Two social platforms

Deliverables: setup and six months of editorial work after launch. Twelve original posts per month, adapted to both platforms, with agreed moderation, reporting and handover.
Separate: advertising and paid placements. Adaptations are not additional original posts; management has an end date.

06 · Launch and handover

An agreed path from the book to the website or reader tool, launch and sales materials, and emails only for readers who opt in. One lead, agreed reporting, access and documentation. No sales or return guarantees.

Our existing media network and publishing record are Russian-speaking. They are not English promotion. English countries, channels, placements, audio and editorial staffing must be approved in the scope. Third-party editorial acceptance is never guaranteed.

Your book in English.
A Russian edition included at no extra cost.

Included with complete book projects

The included bonus covers translation of the final English manuscript into Russian and editorial revision of the Russian text. It applies to Complete book, Book + expert articles and EXTRA.

It does not apply to strategy sessions or prototypes. Russian audio, printing, distribution and promotion are outside the bonus unless separately agreed.

A useful idea can do different jobs.

Illustrative example, not a client case study

Suppose you advise managers on hiring. Your book explains why a good specialist does not always make a good manager. Publishing the same chapter five times would be easy. It would also be five copies of the same chapter.

Book and website

The chapter tells the story of a promotion that went wrong and explains the decision criteria. The website explains who your work is for and how to discuss a problem with you.

Reader tool and content

The tool offers one exercise: assess a planned promotion using the chapter’s criteria. Articles and posts address separate questions about readiness, refusal and the difference between seniority and management skill.

The example shows the editorial approach. Your subjects, features and content volumes follow from your actual source material.

What you approve at each stage

01 · Concept

Reader, purpose, structure and deliverables. Decide whether a reader tool is useful and what it should do.

02 · Sample

A pilot chapter and sample treatment. Agree the voice before it spreads across the manuscript.

03 · Production

Manuscript, content, website and one agreed service workflow. Review text, mobile layout and contact routes.

04 · Launch and handover

Agreed releases, six months on two social platforms, documentation and access. Dates and acceptance criteria are written into the contract.

You take part in interviews, verify facts and make key decisions. We take on production and coordination. Your name still belongs to you.

The scope first. The payment schedule next.

Agree the results, source material, your involvement and approvals before payment. The approved EXTRA starting price is $35,000; the final scope and fee are agreed before work starts. Stage payments can be discussed once the final scope and full fee are agreed. This is a finite project, not an indefinite subscription.

If the book or website already exists, we review what can be reused. A smaller scope needs its own agreement.
