This notice describes how Expert Book handles information provided through the English project questionnaire and native enquiry form.
Who handles project enquiries

Questionnaire and website content
The questionnaire uses your answers to prepare a project summary. When you submit the native enquiry form, that summary is sent with your contact details and project information to the operator’s existing Tilda CRM and Telegram integrations. Closing or refreshing the page does not delete an enquiry that has already been submitted.
Some images are loaded from Tilda or LitRes. Those providers receive ordinary request information, including the requesting IP address. Links to the Russian catalogue are labelled and open only when you choose them.
The Russian video clips are hosted on Tilda. Loading or playing them sends ordinary request information to the video host.
Website analytics
Yandex.Metrika is configured for website analytics, with delayed initialization enabled.
Tilda’s built-in statistics use simplified mode to count page views, without cookies for counting users or sessions. UTM campaign tags from the first page may be included in an enquiry sent to the form recipients.
Use of the project enquiry form
The native form collects your name (Name), phone number (Phone), selected project format (Format), optional Telegram details (Telegram), and any optional project information you enter (Message). Your questionnaire answers are included in the enquiry summary (Quiz_summary). These details are sent to the operator’s existing Tilda CRM and Telegram integrations to respond to your enquiry and discuss the book project. Please do not include sensitive personal information, private third-party records or confidential source documents in an initial enquiry.
Submitting a project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any reader emails or marketing subscription must have their own opt-in. The form asks for your consent to processing these details for the enquiry, including delivery to Tilda CRM and Telegram. There is no email delivery service attached to this form. The email address above is the operator’s privacy contact. Retention follows the enquiry purpose, the contract and applicable requirements.
Questions, corrections and withdrawal
To ask about the use of your data, correct it or withdraw consent, contact the operator at the email above. The existing Russian policy allows requests for correction and withdrawal and ties retention to the processing purpose, contract and applicable law. Mandatory legal grounds may still require some processing after withdrawal.
